False Beginnings and Misc. Scenes

When I write a story, I can start and re-start it a good half-dozen times before stumbling on a beginning that works. Here, for your amusement, I am posting a few of false beginnings. None are beta-read.

EVE

Eve is a prime example of this. Below are six separate beginnings for this story, All of these beginnings contain excellent scenes that may appear in some form or anything (especially the scenes where Eve gets Adam to pay his bar tab. Or not.). A word of warning: beginning six has spoilers for the version I eventually used.

And here are three version of what eventually became A GLASS HOUSE Revisited but was originally called REDEMPTION. None are beta-read.
